What is it, what is it, what is it??! The miraculous cooker thing, Sally?
All those fuel gulping inadequacies sound so very familiar – and, just like you, I've done it for so long I didn't know there was another way. And the electricity - isn't it running away with that?
So many questions I forgot to say wonderful, descriptive post, and so true –how, though, are we going to 'do' winter?

Sally, hello from Woodstock, Georgia, U.S.A. Your site is delightful. I felt like I could close my eyes and see the vegetables growing and then roasting. Your descriptions made me want to go to my kitchen and cook. Thank you for sharing your farm life with a city woman. I want to try some of your recipes. I will let you know how it goes.
